# Refund & Credit Policy CREDITS. Failed AI generations and failed publishes are refunded automatically in credits — you will see the refund in your credit history immediately. SUBSCRIPTIONS. Cancel anytime; access and remaining credits continue to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months, except where consumer law requires. CREDIT PACKS. Packs are refundable in cash within 14 days of purchase if entirely unused; otherwise they remain available for 365 days from purchase. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS CHARGES are refunded in full — contact us with the Stripe receipt. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
